The Hangzhou International School “Dragon Run” – 5K Road Race and Fun Run – Sat, 30 May, 8am

Hey Everyone,

One of Hangzhou’s favourite (small) road runs is just around the corner.

Usually, about 250-300 people run the course. I think the 5km race record is somewhere under 18 minutes… (???) I know there are a few runners in the Maya Bar “Even If It Rains” group who could give that a good shake. What about in the Hangzhou Hash group?

After the event the school hosts a family fun fair and jumble sale (aka “bazaar”) and also a BBQ up to about 1pm and this year they are continuing those traditions. All proceeds will go to the Carnations School Charity to help students with autism in Hangzhou.

Where:  Start and finish at the Hangzhou International School gates just south of the QianTang river in Binjiang District.

When:  Sat, 30 May, 8am – Note that 8am is the run start time, so arrive before 7.30am to check in!
