New earlier meeting time for December 2014 and January 2015 HZH3 Hashes

Hi Hashers, Here are a couple of quick updates for you.

First, note that our HZH3 Hash events in December and January will start 1 hour earlier with meeting at 1.30pm. This is so we can make the Hash hiking and running courses a bit longer and still hold the Circle in daylight too.

You can always see future planned HZH3 Hashes on the HZH3 Receding Hareline page on our HZH3 website, but check back once or twice as the event approaches as there may may some changes after initial details are posted.

Second, it’s great that we already have 3 Hares for our next Hash #153 on Sat, 6 Dec, 1.30pm. Thanks to lead Hare, Phonebox, and co-Hares, Just “Theresa” and Just “Cecilia” for volunteering early and making my job easy! Yay!!!

HZH3 Hash #153 will take place just S-E of West Lake in the YuHuang Shan (Jade Emperor Hill) and WuShan Square area of Hangzhou. Although Phonebox lives in Shanghai these days, she’s one of the original Hangzhou Hashers from 5 years ago and knows how to set a great Hash trail. Stay tuned for the next HZH3 Newsletter in your email box for details!!!

Make sure you’re on our HZH3 Newsletter email mailing list. mismanagement [AT] hangzhou-hhh [DOT] org

Third, if you want to volunteer to be a Hare, then try to do the same as the 3 well organised Hares for our next Hash have done and put your hand up as early as possible. You don’t have to wait until 1 week before the next Hash to volunteer to be a Hare. The earlier, the better! Just look at the future Hashes we have planned on the HZH3 Receding Hareline page on our HZH3 website (see link above) and think about which date suits you, then let me know for which Hash you can volunteer to be a Hare. We love Hares and we love volunteers!

Cheers and On! On!
