Mark your calendars, lace up your trail shoes, and layer up like you’re preparing for a polar expedition – Hangzhou H3 is hitting the trails on January 10th!

This month’s hare? None other than our very own Doggie Style – who, in true hare fashion, has given us close-to-zero useful intel or photos. No trail pictures, no clue if we’re climbing hills or slipping on mud, no hint of whether the beer stop is a 5-minute detour or a 5-mile death march. Classic.

Let’s be real: it’s cold. It’s so cold, your toes will forget they exist, your nose will turn into a popsicle, and you’ll question why you ever thought “running outdoors in January” was a good idea. But hey – we’re Hashers. We don’t do “good ideas.” We do mud, we do laughter, we do post-run beer that tastes like liquid gold.

Also, let’s not forget: this is 2026’s first official Hash run (well, the first one that counts – let’s pretend the New Year’s Day stumble never happened). Is it the best Hash of 2026? Absolutely – for now. Until next month, when we’ll all agree that one was better. But today? Today, this is the peak of Hash excellence. Deal with it.

And hey – with Chinese New Year creeping up fast, this is one of your few chance to burn off those dumpling calories before the feast season hits. Think of it as pre-holiday training. For beer. And dumplings. Mostly beer.

本月路线设计师：咱们的老朋友-Doggie Style！纯纯老炮作风，啥有用信息、啥实拍图都没给。没路线照、没爬坡泥泞提示、连补给啤酒点是 5 分钟拐到，还是 5 公里远征，一概不知。经典操作，懂的都懂。

说实话最近这天是真冷 —— 冷到脚趾发麻、鼻子冻成冰棒，冷到你怀疑人生：大冬天出门跑步怕不是脑子进水？但咱Hash人嘛，主打一个 “放弃治疗”：泥潭照冲、段子照讲，跑完一杯啤酒下肚，那叫一个人间值得。

划重点：这可是2026年首场正儿八经的Hash（元旦那场醉跑？就当没发生过）。这是今年最佳？必须的 ——至少目前是！下个月嘛，懂的，又会集体真香。但就今天，它就是天花板！不服憋着。

春节近在眼前，这可是你为数不多的机会，能在年夜饭狂炫饺子前，先把热量消耗掉。就当是节前特训 —— 为了啤酒，为了饺子，主要还是为了啤酒。

Attention Hash crew! Our next hare is the GOAT — Just Dan, the most dedicated legend ever 🐰!

Let’s cut to the chase: Dan lives in Deqing (yes, DEQING — that’s a whole commute, not a quick stroll!) but he’s been grinding HARD for 4-5 DAYS straight to scout our route. We’re talking early mornings, late nights, sacrificing his precious hair and burning gas like it’s free — all to keep Hangzhou Hash from dying out. While other hares half-ass scouting with a coffee in hand, Dan’s out here mapping every bush, every turn, every hidden path like it’s his life’s mission. Absolute Hash hero? Nah — he’s a Hash GOD.

Now, let’s spill the route tea (you’re welcome): You may get lost? Don’t panic — CONGRATS! You may accidentally teleported to “Hangzhou Little Paris”, (it is on the runner’s trail) our very own Champs-Élysées knockoff with all the vibe and none of the expensive croissants. It’s like a free CNY vacay preview — score big without spending a penny! But wait, there’s more: we’ve got a hiking section, and hidden deep in the mountains? A SECRET TOTEM 🤫! Beg for a baby? Boom — you’ll be shopping for onesies by next year. Beg for cash? Your year-end bonus will triple (we’re not lying… maybe). Beg for love? You’ll escape the singlehood (tuodan) faster than you can sprint the Hash — and trust us, that’s FAST.
