Hey there Everyone! The 2015 Nash Hash in Hangzhou is getting closer and looming larger, so it’s time to talk to the senior Hashers in your Kennel and decide if your Hash Kennel wants to nominate and bid to host the 2016 Nash Hash…
If you want your Hash Kennel to nominate, then your GM or On-Sec should send your nomination and a very basic introduction of what you can offer in your bid to HASH CHINA for consideration.

Hash China will then reply to discuss your ideas for the next Nash Hash in detail.

PASSPORT ENTRY VISA FOR MAINLAND CHINA 入中国的护照签证.
Are you coming from outside the Chinese mainland? Then you’ll probably need to apply for a visa to enter the Chinese mainland… unless you are a Chinese citizen or you already have a Chinese residency permit, of course.
DO NOT WAIT… Apply early for your visa as it can take several weeks.
Also, soon after the Nash Hash is a sensitive anniversary in China, so you would possibly be better off doing other holiday sight-seeng travels in China BEFORE the Nash Hash, rather than afterwards.
The ACNH2015 Committee cannot help you in any way to apply for your China entry visa, but we have put some general information (with NO guarantee it is accurate or up to date…) in the FAQs section near the bottom of the ACNH2015 Registration and Info page:

However, some people may qualify for a Visa-free Transit facility to visit Hangzhou and participate in the Nash Hash. BUT, read all the info and investigate this option with the Chinese Embassy/Consulate VERY carefully! If you get it wrong, then you won’t be allowed to leave the airport!!!
